Casa Villas

Located in Torreon, arid and extreme weathered city up north in Mexico, the project demanded special attention to confinement and protection from the harsh conditions.

For the layout system, a central patio scheme proved as best option to organize the project. Every main areas share views and access to this central element, which contains amenities: pool area, terraces, fountains and gardens. All terraces and windows panels are covered from direct sunlight.
